hmm, random guess here, but are your downloading from the blizzard launcher or the disk? I think the only way to download the game now is to download from the Blizzard Launcher specifically. As always with any tech issue. Unistall Sc2 if possible, reinstall the blizzard launcher, restart your computer, try to reinstall sc2.
